Shipment Policy

By making a purchase on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”), which is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

  1. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order placed on the Website in part or in full. We will notify you of our acceptance of the order on your email address (provided at the time of registration or purchase), as soon as possible by confirming receipt of your order and dispatch of the same. All decisions in relation to the acceptance or rejection made by us shall be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such decision in any manner whatsoever.
  2. As soon as an order is dispatched, we shall send a shipping confirmation and contact you via e-mail or multimedia text messages as SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or phone calls from us on your mobile number with the delivery details. You, as a registered user, can track the order using the Website and can also track the order by visiting the ‘Order History’ page under your Account.
  3. We partner with third party logistic service providers (“Logistic Partners”) in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you. We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partners which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the Platform at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us. Our standard dispatch timelines range between 24 (twenty) to 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time the order has been placed by you on the Platform. In any case, the user will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the Product purchased from the Platform. This estimated timeline shall be notified to the user on the order confirmation page displayed at the time the order is confirmed by us. We will also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/ registered with us. You agree and understand that though we effectuate Product delivery to the users through our Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products on our own without engaging any Logistic Partners or third party service providers.
  4. Applicable delivery charges shall be displayed prior to you checking-out the product and placing the order.
  5. Once the order has been placed, you agree and acknowledge that you cannot modify the order. It is however clarified that you may amend the shipping address by notifying us in writing on email [-] any time before the order has been packed for dispatch.
  6. Packages for all orders will be shipped within 2 (two) days of order confirmation. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of delay, we will contact you via e-mail or multimedia text messages as SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or phone calls. The standard timeline for delivery of orders placed on the Website across India is 2 (two) to 7 (seven) business days. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and sometimes unavoidable delays might be beyond our control, including (without limitation) logistical issues, unsuitable weather conditions, Force Majeure events, other unforeseeable circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed in case of any delays. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of any delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
  7. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary set forth herein, please be advised that during peak seasons and promotional sales, shipping times for products may be extended at our sole discretion.
  8. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this or any other policy if such failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil disturbances, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, or disruptions in transportation or communication services (“Force Majeure”). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and the expected resolution time.
  9. We may, at our discretion, require additional verification or information to process your order. This may include verifying payment details or confirming the shipping address. If we are unable to verify your order, we may cancel it and issue a refund in accordance with the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, if applicable.
  10. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or may not be available for delivery to certain locations, and we retain the right to determine at our discretion locations to which deliveries may not be undertaken. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the Platform.
  11. If your order includes restricted items, we will notify you and /or may offer alternatives or cancel the affected items from your order, in accordance with the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, if applicable.
  12. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you. Any additional costs incurred due to address corrections or re-deliveries will be borne by you.
  13. Delivery of products will be considered complete once the delivery confirmation is received from the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any issues arising from delivery confirmation, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages after confirmation.
  14. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
  15. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for reshipping the package.
  16. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for tracking updates provided by the shipping carrier or for any discrepancies between our tracking information and the carrier’s information.
  17. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us at care@durva.life within 10 (ten) days of receiving your package. We will assist you with return or replacement of the Product in accordance with our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  18. We endeavour to engage Logistic Partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity; and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by you independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.
